We can offer a variation of services, which all come with our professional guarantee. Licensed and insured, we’re an experienced contractor with knowledge passed down from generations. We offer a minimum 1-year guarantee for all of our services (10 years on new builds), along with free estimates and free after care services.

About Us
MY NAME IS Indy
I started apprenticing for my dad, when I was twelve, but even before that I was watching him work all the time. I started Surety Ltd after over 20 years of sub-contracting for high end building firms specialising in carpentry and woodwork. I picked up new trades and decided to start my own business in 2016. Since then we’ve organically grown into a company who now employ over 22 specialist tradesmen.
